Become a Cloud Solutions Architect

Primary responsibilities include moving customer workloads to public, private or hybrid cloud service providers. This role is a technical customer facing role that will be accountable for the end-to-end customer cloud deployment experience. You will own the technical customer engagement including specific implementation projects and/or Proofs of Concept (POCs).

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer facing roles and had success leading technical and economic value discussions with senior customer executives that drive key decisions and implementation. The success of this role depends on collaboration with generalists and specialists in the VMware, Microsoft, EMC, IBM, AWS field and HCL delivery teams (including partners, services, product engineering).

Become a Service Integration and Management Consultant

Establishing and executing strategic and tactical plans for a full scale implementation of the ITIL / ITSM framework across organization and related suppliers involved in Service Delivery.
