The client is one of the world’s leading Telco companies & 5G network carriers in the US where we have been engaged in multiple tracks for more than a decade. We have been instrumental in carrying out digitization, transformation, modernization, and cloudification, thus bringing in efficiency, cost benefits and improved the overall user experience. The client wanted to replace its legacy finance system with an integrated and next-generation finance system. They are looking for this financing platform to support new and future products and services across all channels. This new and upgraded finance platform required support launch and expansion to west and east time zones for the client’s 61 retail stores. We were able to deliver an advanced and streamlined finance platform and optimized the platform’s overall performance threefold. A team of highly skilled professionals was able to achieve this by migrating the platform to oracle finance, utilizing end-to-end automated testing for the finance platform, and carried out a beta rollout for select customers followed by patch updates. This enabled us to curate a flexible, open API-based, and integrable next-generation financing platform. The team also worked on an all-around-the-clock command center to support the migration and check for full coverage. This resulted in reducing the recovery time objective to less than 15 minutes and the recovery point objective to zero. With the help of automated testing and gradual roll-outs, we were able to deliver zero disruption to customer-facing applications & upstream finance systems.
