  • The Fragmented program ownership and accountability, combined with disparate IT systems and processes, undermine effective management and investment evaluation: resulting in diluted opportunity, poor CPE, lack of business intelligence across segments/programs.

  • HCL has a 4yr old relationship as an engineering partner for the  Response Point (RP) program.
  • HCL has been providing end-2-end SQA services towards the evolution of the platform starting off in a staff augmented model and evolving into a managed services model.
  • HCL leveraged its end to end Validation and Verification services capabilities covering the full scope of Functional testing, Localization testing, UI Testing, Performance testing, Integration testing
  • HCL also created a POC for embedding Business Intelligence capabilities in the RP platform
