Client: Based in California, USA the company is, 'changing the way the world sources its energy' - away from fossil fuels toward a far more abundant source, the sun. Its technology combines the efficiency of multi-junction solar cells with patented high concentration, compound-reflective optical design. The company was looking at implementing an ERP product as part of beefing up its IT infrastructure, and HCL pitched in providing implementation services - including functional, database and technical consultancy.

  • A dedicated HCL team based offshore in India, responsible for technical delivery of data conversion tasks, supporting the onsite team with functional documents, user training tool kits and TAR follow-ups/resolution
  • The time-zone difference is effectively being used to provide a 24/7 global workforce for implementation
