Challenges / Objectives

  • Development to continue in tandem with Upgrade(s)
  • To implement Regional Security, Person Model and Workflow applications
  • To successfully migrate the 8.3 customization and Data Conversion to the 8.9 upgraded application
  • To troubleshoot & fix the existing PIMS bugs and errors to deliver a stable application
  • To cross-train resources in all areas pertaining to the client

Our services in this engagement included:

  • Application Upgrade (PeopleSoft-HCM 8.3 to 8.9)
    • Successful PIMS upgrade from PeopleTools 8.13 to 8.46 and Application from 8.3 to 8.9
    • Migrating bolt-on to the upgraded environment
    • Maintaining existing customizations together with new 8.9 features
  • Maintenance & Support of the PIMS application (PeopleSoft-HRMS 8.9)
    • Support to the PIMS application post Go-Live
    • Monitoring of the PIMS application and fixing issues if any
    • Handling enhancement requests and meeting the client’s expectations
