Enabling adoption, Education provided training via video and audio conferencing to ensure that staff were competent and confident using the solutions.

Impact

The company has reduced provisioning time for access rights to new employees from 14 days to under 24 hours, so new employees can be productive right away. The solution filters out noise to provide intelligent alerts and reports that enable the company to spot anomalies and trends and verify root causes quickly. Since implementing the solution, the company has averaged network availability of 99.9 percent, and reduced compliance costs by 20 percent.
