Client: The client is one of the leading property-casualty insurers in the USA and is a “direct writer,” which means that sales and underwriting services are provided directly to policyholders. The customer writes workers’ compensation, commercial auto, personal auto and homeowner’s coverages, and has compiled an outstanding long-term record of customer satisfaction.

Business Problem

The customer’s legacy claims management system was inflexible and consumed a lot of time to incorporate changes needed for new business requirements. The application was also unable to support Business Intelligence initiatives. Consequently, the customer decided to replace the same in favor of a modern and flexible application.
