The client was unable to effectively analyze trends from large amounts of historical data. Further, transaction tracking was inefficient across the IT landscape.

The client was also grappling with inefficient and inaccurate monitoring/reporting tools. Business impact analysis for application-specific failures was inadequate.

HCL ensured proactive application monitoring and management driving end-to-end visibility across the application stack. The alignment of IT and business objectives was improved and a user experience matrix created.

HCL achieved this by deploying a DryICETM lever comprising LogMon and ExpMon. Other tools were deployed to assess data and business processes monitoring was undertaken and infrastructure impact analysis was generated.

HCL’s efforts led to 60-70% reduction in service-level outages and 20% reductions in escalations.
