Key Account Management

This system maintains guest and traveler accounts in hierarchical representation. It gives a scientific way of classifying the accounts in Marketing types and types of contracts. Accounts are classified in marketing type like GP (Global Preference), TMC (Travel Management Company), Wholesale, Airline, Embassy and LNR (Local Negotiated Rates). The contracts are classified as Transient, Group, Air Crew and their combinations with LRA (last room availability)/NLRA (not last room availability), Floating and Ceiling Rates. It also provides a workflow for Divisional Account Processing and Preferred Destination. Account details, managers, contacts, local & global rate quotes and group leads are some other information that is maintained in the application.
