Invert the pyramid of power
A discussion on the possible ways to implement EFCS's organisational changes, from an understanding of the past to the vision of the future. Leaders need to go back to their teams and communicate honestly their position as leaders. They need to transmit a vision for them as well as for their teams. A culture for change and a culture of trust are the next steps to be implemented in order to achieve complete transparency. The pyramid of power will then be be inverted between management and employees and the ownership of change will be transfered back to the employees.
