HCL have been working with SAPinsider to put on a webinar showcasing the findings of the HCL driven research: ‘Examining the Future of SAP’. The session will be presented by Steve Cardell and will be targeting global SAP customers within HCL’s target markets.
Up until now, we have promoted the campaign amongst the Top 1000 SAP customers globally, plus a select group of existing customers and prospects. The plan for this next wave is to target all global SAP customers within our market(s), giving us unprecedented scope over the SAP customer base.

Steve Cardell is the President of Enterprise Services and Diversified Industries at HCL Technologies, with responsibility for $2.7 billion of the companies revenues. As President of Enterprise Services he is responsible for the Systems Integration (SI) and Applications Management (AMS) business, covering all application technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce and Workday. Additional, Steve runs all industry verticals with the exception of Financial Services and Life Sciences.
Steve joined HCL through its acquisition of Axon Group PLC . Axon was a FTSE-250 Technology Transformation company where Steve was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). It was the TechMark 100 Top Performing stock for three consecutive years under Steve’s leadership and was the 221st most valuable listed company on the London Exchange when it was sold to HCL in 2008. During his tenure, Axon’s revenues trebled, profit increased five fold and the stock rose over 400%.
He has been instrumental in advising some of the largest Transformation programmes of the past decade, and has worked with over 30 significant Public and Private Sector clients in a dozen countries. Key client GSK, Xerox, TXU, United Technologies, Gulfstream, Boeing, Birmingham City Council, Transport for London, Linde, Electrolux and Direct Energy
Steve has been published over 30 times including ‘Strategic Collaboration; published by Hodder and Stoughton and ‘The Future of Management Consulting’ (chapter). He is a regular speaker at business and industry conferences and an attendee of the World Economic Forum. He is an Advisory Board member of the Magna Carta 800th Committee.
