About the speakers


Chris Kenney is responsible for creating successful customer relationships at Zafin Labs. Chris comes to Zafin Labs after a successful 5-year run at Oracle and has over 16 years of experience in software partnering in the Financial Services industry. As an executive at Avolent he helped pioneer the world of consolidated billing, providing customers with a single-view of the customer. Chris was recruited to head up the new billing practice at Oracle, where he evangelized relationship pricing and billing products to the Financial Services world. He grew Oracle’s customer base and built successful business cases around the ideas of “one global view of the customer,” “cross sell – up sell,” and “elimination of revenue leakage.”


Gomathy is a Principal for Financial Services at HCL, she is responsible for strategy and solutioning for clients in North America. She has over 20 years experience in consulting and financial services industry, has led strategic initiatives in business and technology for retail and corporate banking. She has worked extensively on customer experience, products, channels and pricing.

Research Director

Steve Murphy is a Research Director in CEB TowerGroup's Commercial Banking & Payments practice covering commercial credit cards, electronic invoicing, client servicing, enterprise integration, and payables and receivables. His broad knowledge gained from over 25 years experience in the financial services industry is reflected in his analysis of electronic payments, bank cards, business cards, and commercial card products in the midsize to large market segments.
