The client is a market leader in cloud and software platforms space. It is also a global provider of systems and services required to deliver the unified access network and smart premise of tomorrow.
The customer was facing challenges in retaining existing customers and acquiring new customers along with many other technical challenges. These were mainly caused due to the platforms that the customer was using. The nature of the platform was not ideally suited for the scale and bulk of the customer’s business. HCL’s solution offered the customer a robust, scalable and efficient platform that helped the client improve overall customer experience.
