Job description:
Position Name# Senior Software Engineer [.net based]
5+ or more years of professional experience in a software Implementation development team
3+ Experience in ASP.Net, WCF, Web API, WPF
2+ Experience writing and executing SQL queries
Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (2014/2016/2019)
Deep understanding in Object-Oriented Design and Analysis (OOD/OOA)
Minimum of four years experience with software methodologies
Experience with gaming and casino and slot systems modules highly preferred
Experience with source/object control tools
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Web development with JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Strong working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
Strong working knowledge of operating systems
Strong knowledge of tools to test software applications/systems
Strong working knowledge of development/modeling tools
Strong multi-tasking skills
Enjoy working in a creative environment
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to obtain and hold a Nevada Gaming Card [For Las Vegas and Reno based candidates]
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
