At HCL, integrity and transparency are at the very core of how we operate, which has helped us to earn the trust that will drive us forward and beyond. To further strengthen the corporate governance measures, we have taken a step ahead to launch the 24/7 Global Ethics Helpline.
Most of us would agree that when it comes to ethics, mere intent is not good enough. It must be backed by action too. To create awareness about the right practices and our policies, we have initiated a bespoke campaign #DoTheRightThingsRight.
With an increase in focus on ethics, it has become important to bring a paradigm shift to reporting of grievance. The Global Ethics Helpline is a portal which is managed by OneTrust, an independent third-party ethics and compliance service provider. This platform will serve as the Ethics Helpline and enable employees and other stakeholders to report any matters related to unethical behavior or violation of our code of conduct.
The Ethics helpline is available in over 50 languages along with voice support which makes it easier for people to report the grievance. One can make a call or write a textual description on the portal to lodge a complaint. All information will be kept in the strictest confidence.
