Responsibilities:

• Leading the development of the project proposal and plan (EPIC RoadMap) to resolve timeframe, budget, resource requirements, work with Scrum teams SM/PO and technical teams
• Around 8-10 years of experience in working as scrum master
• Continuous work with teams to streamline the communication and making positive relationships builded on a cooperation
• Cooperation in developing self-organized and autonomous teams as well as working on their constant improvement
• Extending the knowledge about Agile inside the organization (trainings, workshops, education)
• Methodological support (Agile methods)

• Coordinating the technical, organizational, management and financial aspects of the project, defining the overall project governance and organization, the result scope, and the associated responsibilities
• Regularly reporting project progress at all levels, including sponsor, senior management and/or Clients, using standard tools (i.e. Service Now) and other mechanisms (Presentations)
• Negotiating changes in project specification or scope with the project sponsor / client. Convincingly communicating the project and win buy-in from the sponsor/client, possibly using the support of business or technical subject matter experts
• Leading projects for which the unusual size, timeframe or complexity requires the ability to deal with change requests
• Removing impediments from the Project (leading conflicting interests, negotiating inputs between different parties, proactively identifying issues and risks and adjust scope if required)
• Working with stakeholders and greater tribe to continuously improve (quality, productivity), ensuring delivery and deliverables (documentation) following defined Euroclear Agile methodology, standards and guidelines
• Analyzing the requirements with the project sponsor/customer and with the support of the Enterprise Architect / Application Architects in order to evaluate the project feasibility within the scope of a pre-defined strategy

Requirements:

• Good business and technical understanding, gained over several infrastructure and application development projects, and the communication skills to influence decisions taken with the project sponsor/client
• Good communication skills, ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, concise messages
• Consistent record of leading medium to large projects encompassing all stages of the lifecycle from requirements through design, build, testing, client acceptance and launch
• Experience of managing the financial aspects of a project and to project plan, report regularly and supervise project execution, to ensure the projects risk and the costings is identified
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment, working with Scrum delivery teams, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to deliver the project outcomes
• Motivated, well organized and able to complete tasks independently to high quality standards
• Certification with a recognized Agile Project Management qualification would be beneficial – e.g. Prince2 Agile or PMI ACP or relevant experience
• Experienced in using project planning tools such as MS Project, and Agile governance tools such as MS Azure DevOps and Jira
• Able to efficiently produce progress reports and minute risks, issues and decisions
