While he has gained his first professional experience in the hospitality industry, he has spent much of his career working for multinational information technology (IT) services and consulting companies.
He spent 11 years with Capgemini in several senior level positions, with the last role he held at Capgemini being the Head of Distributed Smart Services. Having joined HCLTech Poland in 2015, he has played a pivotal role in its growth journey taking it from 900 employees in 2015 to 2000+ HCLTechies today.
