Design Lead with AMS Physical Verification,AMS Mask Design,AMS Design
Job Summary
The Design Lead will be responsible for managing ams physical verification, ams mask design, and AMS Design. The role involves overseeing and leading the design processes in these areas to ensure efficient and accurate outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate a team of engineers involved in ams physical verification, ams mask design, and ams design projects
2. Develop and implement design strategies to meet project requirements and timelines
3. Conduct and oversee physical verification processes to ensure design accuracy and reliability
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate mask design and ams design into overall product development
5. Provide expertise in ams design methodologies and best practices
6. Generate and review design documentation and reports
7. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in ams physical verification, ams mask design, and ams design
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in ams physical verification tools and methodologies
2. Experience in ams mask design techniques and practices
3. In-depth knowledge of ams design principles and strategies
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving design issues
5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively guide and collaborate with cross functional teams
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in design implementation
7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and meet project deadlines
Kompensation & Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
