As Technology Director, César is responsible for the delivery of semiconductor design services from our Brazil delivery center to customers across the globe. Before joining HCLTech, César was the R&D Director and Country Manager at NXP Semiconductors Brazil (ex-Freescale, ex-Motorola Semiconductor) as co-founder member of the Brazil Semiconductor Technology Center (BSTC), which since 1997 developed dozens of microcontrollers and application processors for the industrial, automotive and, ultra-low power IoT applications. Prior to that he worked as resident FAE at CPqD for IC design and PCB Mentor Graphic tools working for Hitech Electronics and as IC designer and EDA administrator at Vértice Sistemas Integrados, the design arm of SiD Microeletrônica.
