Shyam has 20 years of industry experience across Enterprise Application Development, Integration, SOA, API & Web Services Security Product Development, Data & Analytics, and Cloud adoption. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Ananth Subramanya leads the Global Solutions Team for Digital Business at HCLTech. Ananth was a founding member of the company’s Digital Platforms practice, and in his current role, he heads solution design and implementation for HCLTech’s digital programs globally. Having lived the life of a support engineer, development lead, test manager, product manager, pre-sales consultant and regional field sales director, Ananth brings a well-rounded perspective of the business. He has been instrumental in guiding enterprises in their digital journey to greatness with the right balance of vision and pragmatism. Lester Lam is the Executive Vice President and Global Leader of Consulting at HCLTech. In his role, he leads HCLTech’s digital consulting business spanning across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. With nearly 30 years in the business transformation and management consulting industries, Lester believes in helping global enterprises adopt the characteristics of digitally native companies to not just “do” digital but to become digital at the core. At HCLTech, Lester is leading the expansion of digital consulting core capabilities across business transformation, strategy and process consulting, experience strategy and design, organizational design and change, and agile transformation.

Sadagopan is the Executive Vice President for Digital Business Services, SaaS and Oracle. A dynamic and visionary leader known for building culturally diverse, high performance team centric units; Sadagopan has an impressive track record of building cutting edge practices, and instituting processes for dynamic growth environments. Over the years, he has led innovation efforts to create new practice areas, and successfully grown revenues and profits.
In his current leadership role, Sadagopan focuses on the niche skills in the area of customer relationship management, supply chain management, human capital management enabling new client experiences, creating new customer markets, & fragmenting markets to reshape existing value chains. He is also a regular contributor/speaker at premier industry, analyst and investor forums.
Associate Vice President, Digital Business Services
Ajay heads the Business Operations and Strategy function for HCLTech’s Digital Business Services practice. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic direction and day to day operational decisions for this business. He works closely across different functions to increase bookings, productivity and overall efficiency in meeting and exceeding corporate objectives for this business.
In his prior roles, Ajay was responsible for M&A for the ITO and Digital businesses in US and Europe, including actual business integration as well as driving organic growth for the company’s ITO business in the US.

Nick Sarkisian leads HCLTech’s digital global alliances function, where he is responsible for driving the digital partnership ecosystem strategy and engagement while overseeing solution development and marketing efforts with digital partners. With over 15 years of experience in the technology services industry, Nick is an expert in developing the strategy and solutions roadmaps that enable digital transformation journeys. Nick has spent the last 7 years with HCLTech serving in various roles including leading the go-to-market function for financial services in North America and developing digital services in the financial services domain.
