Responsibilities/ Tasks

Technical Guidance:

• Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, and implementation of best practices and coding standards.

Process Compliance:

• Ensure process compliance in the assigned module.
• Participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies, including technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, and estimations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and close escalations.

Project Management:

• Manage technology in complex projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide expert problem management support to difficult implementation issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and follow through with corrective action plans.

Education/certification

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
