Responsibilities/ Tasks
Project Delivery Management:
- Provide transition leadership and support for new business opportunities in pre-sales phases on large, complex, and global deals.
- Implement new services by identifying resource requirements, timeframes, and deliverables, and managing planning and deployment.
- Work closely with bid/project, 3rd party, and service delivery teams throughout the new business lifecycle.
- Develop and own transition communication plans to ensure consistent understanding of transition progress with all key stakeholders.
- Provide expert problem management support and ensure root-cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented.
Financial Risk Management:
- Act as a business leader accountable for financial success and client satisfaction throughout the transition program.
- Effectively manage risk across defined transition programs.
- Assess and ensure the team uses processes to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
Client Relationship:
- Act as the primary contact for the customer, maintaining close communication to ensure delivery to schedule and addressing issues.
- Focus on Service Level Agreement (SLA) definition and customer satisfaction.
- Manage changes affecting people, including changes in processes that impact client staff and employees transferring to Client.
Practice Development:
- Provide feedback from direct client interactions to innovate the next generation of offerings.
- Use and continuously improve standard processes and achieve productivity improvements.
- Adhere to service implementation and delivery best practices, reviews, and processes.
- Champion teamwork and knowledge sharing; contribute to the project management community.
Project Resource Management:
- Define and ensure appropriate resources to form the delivery team for new service contracts.
- Develop and mentor project managers and other project team members to defined levels of competencies, standards, and certifications.

Key Skills Required
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve problems and analyze information.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of DocuShare and SharePoint.
- Professional Certifications: PMI certifications in progress (PMP, Risk Management, LSS, or Agile) or other project management methodologies.
- Language Proficiency:English (Minimum C1 or Native-Level Fluency).Additional languages (nice to have): French (C1 or above), German (C1 or above).
