Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Professional Services
Department: Professional Services / Delivery ManagementJob Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 8–12 years (minimum 5 years in a client-facing PM role)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager - Professional Services to lead and execute the customer’s strategic IT and network transformation programs. Responsible for resource forecasting, project planning, end to end delivery, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, invoicing, managing cost and profit. This role requires working closely with customers, vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
End-to-End Project Delivery:
- Lead the delivery of complex IT infrastructure / network / Voice & collaboration product suite implementation projects for customer
- Define project scope, objectives, approach, project plan, resource plan and timelines in alignment with client expectations
- Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Act as the single point of contact between customer’s business teams, technical teams, and partner vendors.
- Establish and maintain governance structures for regular reporting and status updates to leadership
- Compliance and Quality:
- Ensure all deliverables comply with Verizon’s quality standards, data privacy policies, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare documentation such as MOMs, action logs, RAID logs, and weekly dashboards.
- 8–12 years of experience in project management on telecom domain. Must have experience with Cisco VoIP / UCCaaS / Telecommunication / IT Outsourcing.
- Experience managing large-scale transitions, Voice platform projects, migrations, or infrastructure deployments.
- Strong knowledge of PM frameworks, transition lifecycle, change management process and governance models.
- Familiarity with tools like Smartsheets, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience in executive stakeholder management.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is a plus.
- Experience in working with global teams in a matrix delivery model.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
