Technical Architect - Disposable Plastic Design
Job Summary
The Technical Architect in Disposable Plastic Design plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing and delivering innovative product solutions for the disposable plastics industry. This position is responsible for leading design efforts, ensuring adherence to standards, and fostering team development to meet project goals. By leveraging advanced expertise in product design and CAD software, the architect will contribute significantly to both product development and sustenance delivery, aligning with client requirements and market trends.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Solutions For Disposable Plastic Products By Utilizing Advanced Cad Software And Product Design Principles, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Quality Standards.
2. Train And Mentor Team Members In Disposable Plastic Design Methodologies And Best Practices, Fostering Skill Development To Mitigate Delivery Risks And Enhance Team Capabilities.
3. Drive Knowledge Enhancement By Researching And Integrating Emerging Technologies In Disposable Plastic Design, Ensuring That Solutions Remain Current And Meet Industry Quality Benchmarks.
4. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions Based On A Deep Understanding Of Disposable Plastics Technology And Market Needs, Ensuring Client Satisfaction And Successful Project Outcomes.Skill Requirements
1. Expert Proficiency In Disposable Plastic Design And Product Development Methodologies.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Cad Software Applications Specific To Product Design.
3. Excellent Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Disposable Plastics.
4. Proven Ability To Gather And Interpret Technical Specifications Effectively.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Professional In Plastic Engineering (Cppe), Cad Software Certification, Or Similar Credentials Relevant To Disposable Plastic Design.
Kompensation & Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
