Rajiv Sodhi is Senior Corporate Vice President and Chief Workforce Competitiveness Officer at HCL Technologies. He is responsible to transform and globalize the workforce and workplace. He leads these efforts through groups such as Talent Acquisition and Mobility, Talent Skilling, Work Force and Facility Planning, and Global Delivery Centers Strategy. He works closely with CHRO to industrialize these practices across the delivery universe, and anchor new initiatives.

Rajiv has been with HCL for over 15 years. His previously held responsibilities include Chief Customer Officer and Global Head of Delivery for consumer, manufacturing, healthcare, and public services industry verticals and Enterprise Transformation Services; Global Head of Operations, Head Advanced Technology Center, and Head of Offshore Delivery for HCL James Martin and company; Head of Sales & Marketing for offshore projects worldwide, and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team.

Prior to joining HCL, Rajiv spent 16 years with TCS where he was responsible for managing the offshore development facilities in India, and sales and marketing operations in the USA and UK. He had been providing business and IT consulting for global MNCs, and led several large engagements.

Rajiv has 31 years of IT experience, of which, 10 have been spent in 8 countries overseas including the U.S., UK, Switzerland, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Bahrain.

He is a graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani, and holds an MBA in Marketing from Western International University. He is also among the first few CQAs from Quality Assurance Institute, USA. He has been a member of IEEE and the American Management Association. Rajiv is also a member of the advisory board of Singapore University of Technology and Design, set-up in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
