Infotainment – Car Radio
HCL has done the platform porting of software for the Audio systems for one of the world's leading Tier I suppliers. The project was further extended to complete software development for a new CD playing mechanism. HCL also developed the software to change the CD changer from 5 CDs to 10. In an incremental phase HCL was able to extend its embedded system capability in providing the complete audio solution to the customer along with verification & validation. HCL's flexibility to ramp up and ramp down based on the project demand was the sole reason to deliver the product on time and was very well appreciated by the customer.
