With 20 global service sites and standard service methods that have been validated over the last 30 years, Red Prairie provides unparalleled service and support. HCL Technologies entered into a global Reseller Agreement with Red Prairie in 2009. HCL provides System Integration services on Red Prairie software project implementations across the globe. HCL provides consulting and services capability to implement and support Red Prairie software project implementations globally. Reseller agreement enables HCL to be a single point of contact for all project related aspects.

 

Shipcom is one of our primary RFID and mobility software solution partner. As the enterprise market expands from closed-loop systems with one vendor supplying proprietary hardware and software towards significantly larger standards-based solutions, strategic partnerships are becoming increasingly important. Anticipating this development, HCL has established strategic partnerships with Shipcom for RFID Middleware Solution since the last four years. Shipcom Wireless is our partner for integrated supply chain execution software, RFID technology and enterprise mobility markets in the area of Travel, Transportation & Logistics, Retail, Consumer Product Manufacturing, Warehouse & Distribution, Aviation, and Energy & Utilities (Gas, Oil, Electricity).

 

Sterling Commerce provides solutions for enterprise integration, multi-enterprise integration, payments management, and selling and fulfillment that help companies improve their performance by optimizing their business communities, processes and technologies. HCL and Sterling Commerce have a Reseller partnership in Asia-Pacific (Australia/ New Zealand and India). HCL provides Consulting and Services capability to support Sterling software project implementations in ANZ. In addition, the Reseller agreement also entitles HCL to directly execute license agreements with end-clients and provide L1 support. This can provide customers with a single contact for all project related aspects. HCL also works globally on implementing and supporting Sterling solutions through an Alliance Agreement. HCL provides System Integration services on Sterling software project implementations across the globe. HCL has a strong competency in Sterling Commerce solutions like Multi-Channel Selling (Comergent), Multi-Channel Fulfillment (Yantra Warehouse Management and Order Management), Gentran Integration Suite and Connect Direct.

AvFinity is a data communications/ data integration company focused on multiple solutions for the aviation industry.  Its services include providing mission-critical communications solutions to commercial and general aviation through patent-pending software technology. HCL has developed the AeroPASS solution in partnership with biometrics specialist Daon Trusted Identity Services, and airline communications experts AvFinity LLC.
