Windows Administrator JD:\\r\\n\\r\\n PowerShell, AD/DC/GPO/SCCM\\r\\n Networking concept/classes of ip addresses(DNS, DHCP) etc. knowledge \\r\\n Virtualization - VMware, Ovirt, Xen, KVM\\r\\n Windows systems administrator\\r\\n Cloud Storage administration - Netapp/Blob/Object storage\\r\\n Cloud IaaS administrator (Azure/GCP/AWS) Windows\\r\\n Scripting (Shell/Python) knowledge is preferred\\r\\n Experience in VM/VDI creation and management, KVM\\r\\n Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Nagios\\r\\n Understanding of network architecture and OS-level debugging\\r\\n

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
