The Role:
- As a Migration Basis & DB Expert, you will be responsible for the technical and architectural discussions with the customer, solution roadmap development.
- Analyze and implement SAP support methodology.
- Bring comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, and migration path.
- Understand the SAP high availability or disaster recovery architecture, network, and virtualization technologies (e.g., load-balancer, virtual machine etc.).
- Ability to own, lead ,Execute and coordinate migration related tasks and activities.
- Deliver high quality migration service to ensure stable operations.
What you bring
- Minimum 10+ years of SAP Technical Administration (preferably in the domain of SAP Basis skill)
- Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote).
- Strong background in SAP Solutions, products, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to coordinates delivery and projects as a technical lead in a heterogeneous environment.
- Good knowledge on S/4HANA architectures and migration paths and tools.
- Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscale Clouds (AWS; MS Azure or GCP).
- Experience on at least 1 Brownfield OS/DB migration to any hyperscalers (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Certified on SAP S/4HANA conversion and OS/DB Migrations will be beneficial.
- Solid understanding as well as experience in SAP HANA/ASE
- Additional knowledge on SQL/MaxDb desirable
- Experience in Technical Architecture/Implementation/Change Management approaches
- Expert across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies.
- Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English.
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
