Work experience: 3- 5 years of experience

Job Responsibility :
Support for BeyondTrust PasswordSafe solution
Prepare reports and update knowledge base articles.
Work on incidents and service requests related to BeyondTrust Password Safe.
Assist end-users with access request issues, resetting passwords, managing accounts and access policies.
Understand and work on BeyondTrust Password Safe vault configurations, session management, and auditing features.
Support for any root cause analysis any major incidents.

Skills and Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in supporting or implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Knowledge of password vaulting and privileged access management.
Basic understanding of integration with Active Directory and other authentication systems.
Troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
Experience with documentation and reporting.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to privileged access management and credential security. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of BeyondTrust Password Safe.

• To clearly understand the client's security environment & respective products; and, troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools
• To monitor client cybersecurty environment and analyse the identified real-time cybersecurity events/alerts through various tools.
• To analyse cybersecurity incidents and help the L2 team with RCA/data or logs collection
• To maintain SOPs, runbooks and documents for effective knowledge management
• To prepare daily/weekly/monthly security analyses and reports to highlight the project progress/challenges and ensure quality and accuracy.
• To work with other teams/stakeholders to help in resolving ongoing cybersecurity issues
