4 to 8years experience in Active directory related administartion
Experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies including: Progressive advancement in responsibility including deep troubleshooting technical skills.
Experience and knowledge of AD, ADFS, PKI in Windows Server 2012/2019, DNS, DHCP, DFS, in a Windows 2012R2/2019 landscape.
Expertise in Powershell Scripting and Graph API
Experience working on AzureAD, Conditional Access, SSPR.
Monitoring best practices. SCOM, Sitescope.
Experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals, Windows Physical Server architecture, Virtualization Technologies (e.g. VMware), and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies
Experience applications like IIS Web, SharePoint Experience administering Active Directory (AD) and GPOs
Experience with LDAP directory Infrastructure principles and concepts .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer support skills

• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
• To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
