Foster C-level engagement, driving alignment between AI innovations, business objectives, and market demands.AI Architecture & Solution Development Oversee the design and development of scalable AI architectures, ensuring adaptability and security for IFRS applications. Guide teams in building LLM-driven solutions, real-time analytics, and AI-powered automation for client and internal operations.Data Strategy & Governance Lead data engineering initiatives, ensuring structured data collection, transformation, and integration to fuel AI models. Implement robust data governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, security, and ethical AI adoption.Enterprise AI Implementation & Optimization Drive AI solutions that enhance customer experience, risk management, and operational insights for business services. Oversee model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization, ensuring continuous performance improvement and innovation.Leadership & Team Development Build and lead high-performing AI teams, fostering collaboration between data scientists, engineers, and business strategists. Establish best practices for AI model deployment, ethical AI principles, and compliance with global AI standards.Stakeholder Collaboration & Industry Influence Partner with executive leadership, regulatory bodies, and industry experts to influence AI trends and policymaking. Represent the organization in AI conferences, thought leadership forums, and strategic partnerships to position AI as a key driver of business transformation.________________________________________Mandatory Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of experience in AI architecture, machine learning, and enterprise AI deployment. Proven expertise in designing and leading AI strategies within IFRS, consulting, or enterprise solutions. Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive AI initiatives that generate revenue and improve operational efficiency. Deep knowledge of LLMs, AI automation, and predictive analytics, applied to real-world business challenges. Experience managing large-scale AI projects, integrating cloud-based architectures across platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. Kompensation & Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
