Dynamics CRM Technical Architect
Job Summary
The Technical Architect (CRM / D365 CE OOTB, Configuration, Cust) will be responsible for overseeing and designing solutions related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). The role will focus on outofthebox (OOTB) configurations and customizations to meet business requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and implement crm solutions using microsoft dynamics 365 ce
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
3. Customize crm applications by configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
5. Ensure crm solutions align with best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in crm systems, specifically microsoft dynamics 365 customer engagement (d365 ce)
2. Strong understanding of crm concepts, data structures, and data models
3. Experience with ootb configurations in d365 ce
4. Ability to perform customizations in d365 ce to meet unique business requirements
5. Knowledge of crm integration with other systems and applications
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification is preferred
Kompensation & Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
