Job Title: Data & AI PrincipalAbout the RoleThe Data & AI Principal plays a strategic leadership role in being trusted advisor for customer, managing large-scale Data & AI engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for client needs and concerns. This role is responsible for overseeing $10M+ strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term partnerships.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, leveraging deep expertise in AI, ML, and cloud technologies. This role thrives in a dynamic business and technology landscape, offering opportunities to influence transformation, shape client strategies, and lead high-value initiatives.With a focus on innovation, client success, and thought leadership, this role is ideal for professionals passionate about driving impact through AI and Advanced analytics and data-driven business value solutions.Responsibilities Lead strategic Data & AI engagements, serving as the primary client contact Ability to work with customers for Data & AI Strategy and roadmap Be able to lead and Drive AI Powered solutions relevant for customer business Responsible for generating sales pipeline for Data & AI, ensuring Wins, Growth, satisfaction, and delivery excellence. Collaborate with internal teams, partners to develop account plans and implement strategic solutions. Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities Generate progress reports and insights for clients and senior leadership. Lead business development driving with AI-led Solution responses, contribute for SoWs, and take lead on customer presentations. Act as a trusted advisor, engaging global teams to win high-value contracts.Qualifications, Skills and CompetenciesEducation & ExperienceBachelor s/Master s in Computer Science, AI & Data Science, Engineering, or related field.12+ years of experience in Data & AI, including client engagement and account management.Technical / Functional Skills Expertise in AI Platform architectures, Data Architectures for AI Ready Data Expertise & Advisory skills in emerging Data & AI tech areas Strong understanding of AI & ML use cases, platforms (Azure, Google Vertex, AWS). Proficiency in Data Governance, including Data Quality, Profiling, Cataloging, and Metadata. Experience in crafting SoWs, MSAs, SLOs, and managing P&L for strategic accounts.Core Competencies (Soft Skills) Strong communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with a client-first approach. Leadership and stakeholder management across global teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.OthersRequires travel to client sites.Preferred Location: Subject to client needs.
- Key Responsibilities
1. To provide solutions for IT optimization| Business Aligned IT| Enterprise architecture and roadmap creation| transformation| Business/Product acquisition & mergers and APO
2. To provide solution in business transformation by participating in RFP/RFI; Due Diligence; Pre Sales support and Oversee POC
3. To perform engagement level Delivery governance
4. To mentor technical and solution architects along with self knowledge up-gradation and learning
Kompensation & Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
