Fullstack Developer (Typescript)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to enhance the compliance tools and interfaces. Your work will directly empower both customers and internal teams to make faster, smarter decisions.

This is a great role for someone who is passionate about building intuitive, data-rich user experiences and wants to make a real impact in the fight against financial crime.

Please note that this role will follow working hours of 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST, to align with our global team’s collaboration and client needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance dashboard features using React, Typescript, Go, and PostgresSQL.
• Design and implement backend services, dataflows, and APIs that power customer-facing UIs
• Design and implement tools that help analysts quickly detect and take action on suspicious behavior.
• Drive high standards for code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Take ownership of your work from concept to deployment, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Communicate effectively with global teammates to stay aligned on goals, priorities, and timelines.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of software development experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments.
• Expertise in TypeScript and react
• Proven full stack development experience, with proficiency in Go, Node.js, or other server-side languages.
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs and web services.
• Deep understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• A track record of building and shipping high-quality user-facing products.
• A user-first, product oriented mindset with a strong sense of empathy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English AND Hungarian.
