- GTM Strategy & Execution: Define and execute joint go-to-market initiatives including account mapping, pipeline acceleration, and demand generation campaigns.
- Solution Alignment: Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to align our offerings with ServiceNow Solutions (CSM, HRSD, S2P, Agentic AI, Now Assist, ITSM, ITOM etc.).
- Sales Enablement: Equip internal sales teams with positioning, collateral, and playbooks for ServiceNow-driven opportunities.
- Co-Sell Acceleration: Drive co-sell motions with ServiceNow field sellers to identify and close joint opportunities.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing to build joint value propositions, case studies, and events that highlight the partnership’s impact.
- Performance Tracking: Measure success through pipeline growth, influenced revenue, and ecosystem expansion.
- Opportunity pipeline: Build an opportunity pipeline.
- Respond to requests, RFPs and RFIs
