Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring succesful delivery of solutions.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers Specializing In C++, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity Through Hands-On Support And Training.
  2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Focusing On Performance Optimization, Implementation Of Best Practices, And Coding Standards To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex C++ Projects.
  3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Risks Associated With Architectural Decisions.
  4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables For C++ Applications, Preparing And Submitting Regular Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations.
  Skill Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in designing and developing applications with cloud and Native platforms
  • 5+ Handson Experience in Python and experience in AI/ML, generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.).
  • 5+Experience in building micro-services using Node Js frameworks.
  • Experience in JSON and XML.
  • Experience in Service development using SOAP and REST.
  • Must have object-oriented design (OOD) patterns experience for separation of concerns, code reusability, security, and performance.
  • Experience in developing clean, well architected code.
  • Hands on developer with good communication skills and passion for development best practices and Test-Driven Development.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies such as Unit, Integration, Contract, functional, performance testing.
  • Strong database skills preferable experience.
  • Using Oracle, Postgres or SQL Server (using SQL query language).
  • End to end knowledge of DevOps practices.
  • Ability to work with source control tools such as Git.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving build and deployment issues in Jenkins environment.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools.
  • Continuous integration and deployment such as Jenkins.
  • Knowledge in Source Control Management.
  • Experience in Java/ Angular/React.
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
  • Comfortable working from the command-line (Bash, Ksh).
  • Experience in catching frameworks like cosmos, Redis.
  • Experience in MQ Series / WebSphere/ JMS/Kafka.
