Jobbeschreibung:
Experience in complete Product Life Cycle Concept, Plan, Develop, Validate, Launch and Production release. Experience in Cisco Process and tools Conduct value analysis and High runner analysis to generate VE ideas from redesign, Sourcing and process improvement. Experience in cross functional idea generation workshops (Working Session, Technical Feasibility & ROI Analysis) Highlight Project Risks & Challenges Extensive knowledge in Vendor Handling technique throughout product life cycle. Support to Maintain / Strategize Value Engineering Roadmap Hands-on experience in Project management such as planning, scheduling and tracking Experience in coordinating all the entities involved in Supply Chain management. Understanding of Inventory control, Logistics and Distribution, throughout Product Life Cycle from Proto to till early Production. Coordinate with various cross functional teams for project reviews and updates. Maintain detailed status, schedules and savings of all the VE programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
- To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
Kompensation & Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
