Technical lead with c#,C++,WPF

Job Summary
This position entails leading a technical team and overseeing the development of software applications using c#, c++, and WPF. The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical guidance, coding expertise, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the required timelines and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  2. Provide technical expertise in c#, c++, and wpf to resolve complex technical challenges.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality code standards.
  5. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in c#, c++, and wpf to drive innovation within the team.
  
  Skill Requirements
  1. Proficient in c#, c++, and wpf programming languages.
  2. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  3. Experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  
  Certifications: Certification in c#, c++, or WPF technologies will be an added advantage.
