Technical lead with Teamcenter DEV, Server, Active Workspace
Job Summary
The Technical lead for Teamcenter DEV, Server, Active Workspace will be responsible for leading the technical team in implementing and managing Teamcenter Development, Server, and Active Workspace applications. The main objectives include ensuring efficient deployment, customization, and maintenance of Teamcenter solutions to meet business requirements.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators in the implementation of teamcenter dev, server, and active workspace functionalities.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
3. Manage teamcenter configurations, customizations, and integrations to optimize system performance and usability.
4. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure data integrity within teamcenter applications.
5. Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and recommend enhancements to the teamcenter environment.
Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with teamcenter development, server, and active workspace administration.
2. Proficiency in implementing and managing configurations, workflows, and customizations within teamcenter applications.
3. Strong understanding of teamcenter architecture, data modeling, and integrations with other systems.
4. Ability to lead a technical team, prioritize tasks, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach towards resolving technical issues.
Certifications: Siemens PLM Certification in Teamcenter Administration is preferred.
Kompensation & Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
