• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Resolve advanced technical issues related to device management, application deployment, and security policies. Provide escalation support to L1 and L2 engineers and perform in-depth root cause analysis followed by corrective and preventive measures.
• Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals. Generate and present detailed compliance and utilization reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.Qualifications: Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
