As a Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and support our organization's IT network in the AMEA region. Your tasks will include planning, configuring and testing network systems, as well as ensuring compliance with industry standards and ITIL, ITSM, and security processes. You will work with the team to document processes based on ITIL best practices and business needs, as well as communicate with contacts in our local countries and our Global IT organization.

Requirements:

5-7 years of Network Engineer experience

Proficient in routers, switches, and firewalls management and implementation (Cisco and Dell preferred)

Experienced in next-gen network devices implementation and integration

Knowledgeable in IP schema, LAN/WAN, ISP routing, routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF), MPLS, and VPN

Skilled in network troubleshooting with packet capture and analysis

Familiar with voice communications and SIP

Experienced in ServiceNow or ITSM tools

Fluent in English

Responsibilities

Network and Systems Design and Planning:

Design and plan IT network and systems

Evaluate and suggest changes in network infrastructure, hardware, and services

Create new solutions with hardware vendors and IT solution providers

Update technical documentation

Follow industry best practices and security policies

Configuration of Network and Systems:

Set up Linux/Unix network and system components

Install network devices and servers

Add network users

Maintenance of Network and Systems:

Update software on network devices

Monitor resource usage

Work with ISP and OEM

Manage VPN and other network services

Solve network problems

Backup data

Support users with telecommunication issues

Use network monitoring tools

Expansion of Network and Systems:

Connect new and existing networks with routers, switches, and firewalls

Enable network access in remote locations

Make new access points
