SPM Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite (formerly ITBM), including hands-on experience with modules like Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, APM, and Agile/SAFe frameworks. The role demands both strong technical capabilities and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules including PPM, APM, Demand, and Resource Management. Customize and enhance the SPM suite using Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions. Develop custom dashboards, performance analytics, and reporting to support portfolio visibility and decision-making. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CMDB, and third-party tools. Support Agile Delivery and SAFe practices within ServiceNow using Agile/DevOps modules. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects within the SPM suite. Support testing activities including unit testing, UAT, and regression testing. Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.________________________________________Required Skills & Experience: 7 8 years of overall experience in ServiceNow platform development. Minimum 3 4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / ITBM. Strong expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Application Portfolio Management (APM), and Agile modules. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs). Good understanding of CMDB and integration with SPM modules. Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboards. Knowledge of Agile/SAFe implementation within ServiceNow. Experience with Integration Hub, REST APIs, and external integrations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ServiceNow certifications (preferred):o Certified Application Developer (CAD)o SPM Fundamentals or Implementation Specialist________________________________________Nice to Have: Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM, IRM, or HAM/SAM modules. Experience working in large enterprise environments. Knowledge of ITIL, PMP, or Agile/SAFe certification.
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
