Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Assembler Developer to support systems and applications on Fujitsu mainframes.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in assembler programming and be capable of analyzing, enhancing, debugging, and maintaining complex systems written in low-level code.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software written in Fujitsu Mainframe Assembler.
- Analyze existing code and business logic to troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and system analysis to identify defects or inefficiencies.
- Write technical documentation including design specifications and user manuals.
- Participate in system and integration testing.
- Support production environments and respond to live incidents.

Required Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Mainframe Assembler programming.
- Strong understanding of mainframe environments including JCL and z/OS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
• To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
• To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
• To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
