Senior Technical Lead with sap,sap plm,java
Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development and implementation of solutions using SAP, SAP PLM, and Java technologies. The role involves overseeing the technical aspects of projects, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions within the specified timelines.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of sap, sap plm, and java solutions.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.
4. Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in sap, sap plm, and java technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Skill Requirements
1. Extensive experience in sap, sap plm, and java development with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
2. Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using sap modules and sap plm functionalities.
3. Strong programming skills in java and hands-on experience with development frameworks like spring, hibernate, etc.
4. Sound knowledge of software development lifecycle (sdlc) processes and methodologies.
5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams and interact with stakeholders.
6. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Certifications: SAP Certified Development Professional is highly desired.
Kompensation & Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
