Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining the quality of work definitions for a software scrum team.
• Match and prioritize the features and functionality of the product to obtain maximum performance for the end user's benefit.
• Other duties include scheduling and leading meetings to clarify requirements, track execution and root cause product issues.

Experience/Exposure:

• Prioritize and groom backlog for scrum team(s) using Jira or relevant tools
• Track dependencies and coordinate release schedules
• Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process
• Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and fixes for stories
• Coordinate Triage of development issues and manage priority with engineering progress
• Web UI development experience
• GitOps experience

Education/certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Key Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Scrum or Agile experience
