Roles and Responsibilities

• Exposure to SSRS reporting would be an added advantage
• Experience & understanding of IIS setup and configuration
• Employ troubleshooting and scripting skills to improve the monitoring, observability, availability, performance, and security of our Services. Familiarity with Basic networking concepts to troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Initiative and strong sense of ownership
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Database query skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and databases
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and work on user stories/ backlog items and deliver same with highest quality
• Attend stand-up meetings and provide updates
• Develop solutions and POC’s based on customer and project needs
• Conceptualize a new product or, new feature or, new component and to test new technologies or features through PoCs
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team player with customer service orientation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• To install and maintain Unix/Linux, Aix OS. And Provide support to keep the business running
• To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements
• To provide technical guidance to junior developers
• To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for installation or changes.
• To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
