Fullstack Developer

About the Role:

As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will play a key role in delivering business value to our clients by contributing to both backend and frontend development. You will oversee the integration and deployment of your software modules and work with a diverse set of technologies including Go, Python, and JavaScript, with occasional use of C# or other languages depending on the project needs.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Propose implementation strategies based on your experience and best practices
• Participate in daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, and sprint planning
• Demo your work to team members and occasionally to the customer
• Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate unit and UI tests
• Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality
• Take ownership of your tasks, including deployment and post-release support
• Continuously contribute to improving development and delivery processes

We Want to Hear From You If You Have

• Experience with any non-scripting programming language (Go is a strong plus)
• 3–5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with:
• - Docker and Kubernetes
• - Writing unit and UI tests
• - Working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• - Git or similar version control systems
• - Implementing CI/CD pipelines
