Technical Lead - Component Cost Estimation

Job Summary
The Technical Lead for Component Cost Estimation plays a pivotal role in managing technological aspects of projects while delivering strategic guidance and solutions. This position is crucial for optimizing component cost estimation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices, and fostering team development. The Technical Lead will drive efficiency and quality in deliverables, enhancing the overall productivity and effectiveness of the team.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Component Cost Estimation Using Tools Such As Apriori, Tcpcm, Seer Galorath, And Costimator, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
  2. Develop And Mentor Team Members On Advanced Techniques In Component Cost Estimation Methodologies, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Productivity.
  3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, Selecting Best Tools, And Identifying Technical Risks Related To Component Cost Estimation.
  4. Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Stakeholders, Focusing On Minimizing Exposure And Risks Associated With The Project And Managing The Closure Of Escalations Effectively.Skill Requirements
  1. Strong Understanding Of Component Cost Estimation Methodologies And Tools Such As Apriori, Tcpcm, Seer Galorath, And Costimator.
  2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Best Practices In Project Management And Technical Guidance.
  3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Evaluate Technical Risks And Alternatives.
  4. Strong Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration Within The Team And With Stakeholders.Certification
