Job Title Portfolio GTM LeadAI Skills Solution Service transformation and appraoch SDLC Agentic and Value Chain understand our AI tooling perform live demos consult cusomters on appraochAbout the RoleThe Portfolio GTM Lead is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving growth across a portfolio of accounts or subindustries You will architect the portfolios GTM strategy for consistent market leadership client transformation and rapid AI adoption Your focus will be to deliver AIled industrydefining value position HCLTech as the trusted innovation partner and ensure outcomes aligned to portfolio and vertical ambitionsWhat is Expected of the RoleAs the Portfolio GTM Lead you will Own the portfolio growth strategy defining and evolving GTM vision for your subindustry in sync with vertical and corporate objectives Lead and mentor Account GTM Leads driving alignment transformation and market impact through AIpowered frameworks Develop scalable industryspecific AI offerings that differentiate HCLTech and deliver measurable results Collaborate to expand business deepen relationships with sales leadership and client partners and unlock new opportunities through elite consultative engagement and vision Champion AI adoption by scaling industry best practices leveraging platforms like HCLTech AI Force across the portfolio Monitor portfolio metrics and pipeline performance provide regular insights to senior leadership and represent the company as a thought leader in external forums partner networks and client events Drive outcomebased pricing for large transformational deals ensuring HCLTechs value is consistently delivered and measured for clientsSkills NeededTo excel in this role you must bring a combination of leadership business acumen and AI expertise Must have experience in one of the below Application Services API Cloud DevOps Microservices Modernization SaaS SFDC BlueYonder Understand core enterprise platforms such as SAP or Oracle Business Analytics Data Modernization AI and Analytics EngineeringMESPLM experience
Kompensation & Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
